I am creating a School24 account but I do not know the School ID How do I close my School24 account? My child is leaving the school. How can I get a refund for the balance of my School24 account? How can I add students to my School24 account? I have two children who go to two different schools using School24. How do I add both students to my account?

Unfortunately, you are unable to add students from different schools to one account. We are working on adding this new feature. We suggest creating a new account for the other child using the same or different email address in the meantime.
