I want to place an order for my child but the class is not listed How to add items to your canteen order and checkout My child has allergies. How can I make a note of this? I keep getting the error message, "make sure their class is setup properly before ordering". What should I do?

Your child's class may not have been listed on the most recent 'Classes List' provided by your school.

 

Please submit an online enquiry with the subject 'Class Missing' and we will investigate the issue. We will update the class list once we have been in contact with the school and notify you via email once this is complete. You can submit an online enquiry here: https://www.school24.net.au/contact.html

 

In the meantime, select any class from the list and type the correct class in the ‘Comments’ section at checkout.
