If your child has graduated or you are no longer in need of your School24 account, you can close it at any time by contacting our Member Help team.
In order to speak with our Customer Help Team, please visit our website and follow the steps below.
1. Go to www.school24.net.au and click on the orange chat bubble
2. Enter your Name, Email, School Name and indicate whether you are a Parent or School Administrator. Then click "Start Chat"
3. Once you have connected with the Customer Help team, you may let them know you would like to close your School24 account and they will assist you further
